Miranda Haskins BCBA
Miranda is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 10 years of experience working with individuals in shaping socially significant behavior. She has supported students in home, community, center, school, and virtually through the pandemic. Miranda has worked professionally with ages one to twenty-two. She has experience working in both English and Spanish (Hablo Español a un nivel intermedio). She studied Speech and Hearing Sciences through the University of Washington and earned her Masters in Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology. Miranda is passionate about teaching self-advocacy skills to her clients, and supporting their requests via collaboration within their support systems. She lives with her husband, an energetic toddler, and their two cats. In her spare time she enjoys spending time outside, aerial/yin yoga, and process art with her son. |
Wendy Danielson CBT

Brianne Mathews CBT
Brianne has been working with kids on the Autism spectrum for nearly 5 years. She started as a full-time nanny/aid for 2 different families both with children with Autism. Brianne had the opportunity to observe and participate in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) sessions, Speech Therapy sessions, Occupational Therapy sessions, and Physical Therapy sessions with the children she nannied. Seeing the benefits the children she nannied gained from ABA, Brianne wanted to be a part of it. She began doing ABA therapy in one-on-one and school settings in 2016. Brianne's favorite part of working with children through ABA is watching and celebrating their progress. She also enjoys learning how they uniquely and individually learn. Brianne is a Certified Behavior Technician with her BA in Psychology from Seattle Pacific University. She combines her hands-on personal experience and her studies in Psychology and child development into her work with her clients. |
Alexis Weidinger CBT
Alexis has over 7 years of experience working with children ages newborn to 12 years. Her experience ranges from working as a summer camp counselor for at-risk children to leading an after-school classroom at KinderCare Child Care Center. Alexis is dedicated to sparking the joy of learning in every child she works with. She has been in the field of ABA since the Spring of 2019. At home, she has a sweet 3-year old and in their spare time, they explore the outdoors and read. |
Erika Glunz CBT
Erika began her career as a nanny and fell into ABA in 2010. Since then she has worked with children with a wide range of abilities. In 2015 she spent 6 months in Australia as an Au Pair for a special needs family where she was able to see various forms of special education. She recently completed her BA in psychology and will be pursuing her BCBA this year. She hopes to focus on motor skills (both fine and gross) and enjoys incorporating sensory experiences into her sessions. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, hula hooping, sewing, and watching Netflix. |
Deanna Counts-Goldy CBT
Deanna has been supporting neurodiverse, developmentally divergent, and twice-exceptional individuals in a professional capacity since 2015. The heart of her work lies in creating opportunities for deep growth, self-actualization, and skill-building. She is grateful for each opportunity to nurture a person’s capacity for curiosity, joyful social engagement, and authentic communication. Deanna advocates for relational empathy across the spectrum of social/emotional/sensory experience. She believes there is deep value to cultivating shared narratives and that everyone has the right to be the author of their lives. Deanna was born and raised in Seattle and has a professional background in landscape architecture, with a focus on community-centered design and ecological democracy. She and her neurodivergent, slightly spider-obsessed wife share their home with dogs, cats, books, and music. Deanna enjoys choral singing, spending time with her family, gardening, DIY projects, cooking without recipes, coloring with gel pens, reading about the 2e/autistic experience, and getting lost in London bookstores. |
